PURPOSE: To provide a management control system of an emergency management control system where only one custodian, etc., permanentally stationed in plural whole systems without permitting the one custodian, etc., to be permanentally stationed at every system in the plural systems as necessary when plural emergency management control system are arranged. ;CONSTITUTION: The emergency management control system SYSA' to be arranged in a building A is constituted of an emergency telephone set 1A and an emergency broadcasting device 2A and, at the same time, the emergency management control system SYSB' to be arranged in the building B is also constituted of the emergency telephone set 1B and the emergency broadcasting device 2B. Here, the respective systems SYSA' and SYSB' can be respectively and independently functioned as necessary and also the function of one system from the systems SYSA' and SYSB' can be operated for the other (subrogation) so as to be switch possible in configuration.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
