PURPOSE: To enhance flexural strength and impact strength and suppress efforescence of molded products by blending a hydraulic inorganic material with a specific inorganic filler, fine powder quartzite, noncrystalline silica and a synthetic fiber. CONSTITUTION: This composition for dehydrated press molding comprises 30-80 pts.wt. hydraulic inorganic material, 15-67 pts.wt. inorganic filler having 10m-2mm average size, 2-25 pts.wt. super fine quartizite having 0.5-10m average size, 1-10 pts.wt. noncrystallive silica having 0.01-1m average size and 0.1-4 pts.wt. synthetic fiber having 1m-1mm diameter and 1-50mm length and these components are blended to be 100 pts.wt. in total. A dehydrated press molded product is obtained by mixing and kneading 100 pts.wt. of the composition with 10-50 pts.wt. water, lording the mixture to a dehydrating pressing machine, press molding the mixture at a speed of 1-10cm/sec to obtain a molded product, which is cured in an autoclave at 100-180oC for 1-10 hours.
