PURPOSE: To produce a high tensile strength steel plate for welding structural use excellent in the fatigue strength of a welded joint and having tensile strength of 60 to 80kgf/mm2 class. ;CONSTITUTION: This steel plate has s comspn. contg., by weight, 0.02 to 0.20% C, 0.6 to 1.6% Si, 0.5 to 2.0% Mn, ≤0.050% P and ≤0.050% S, furthermore contg., at need, one or ≥ two kinds among 0.1 to 2.5% Cu, 0.1 to 5.0% Ni, 0.1 to 1.0% Cr, 0.1 to 1.5% Mo, 0.005 to 0.05% V and 0.005 to 0.05% Nb, satisfying 0.30≤Ceq(%)≤0.60, and the balance Fe with inevitable components; where Ceq(%)=C+Mn/6+(Cu+Ni)/15+(Cr+Mo+V)/5+Nb/3.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
