The present invention relates to a novel method of marking which is invisible to the naked eye, not erasable by abrasion or scraping, and intended to allow the identification and the code of the owner of an object in the event of theft or of loss, as well as the pallet containing this data, characterised in that the text, once impressed or printed, can be read only by use of a magnifying glass with 30 times magnification, the tiny size and transparency of the product obtained rendering it undetectable.
