The invention consists of a plate (4) and of a locking assembly (5) (6) (7) (8) which, once assembled, secure the frame of the billiard table to the cushions of the chosen game (French, US or English). A variant of the invention consists in locking the game cushion on the frame of the billiard table with the aid of permanent magnets (9) which adhere to a metallic section (10). This conversion is carried out without tools or accessories, does not alter the general aesthetic appearance of the billiard table and retains all the technical characteristics of the games. Correct securing of the cushions to the frame conserves the quality of the ball's rebound on the cushion. IMAGE
