The method involves anchoring a tension member (1) on the bore-hole end by a loose wedge (10). The tension member can be released from the free end of the bore-hole (2). Following the recoil movement, the wedge is dislodged from its seat and then the tension member can be pulled out of the bore-hole. The tension member consists of one or more single elements such as steel rods, wires or cords. The member is longitudinally movable over its entire within a pipe-shaped sleeve.
