FIELD: organic chemistry. SUBSTANCE: product: derivative of 1,2,4-triazole of the formula (I) where R°, R1 and R2-, are similar or different, hydrogen or lower alkyl group; A a group of the formula (II) where X chemical bond or a group of the formula (III) where X1 chemical bond or C1-C5-alkylene group which can contain sulfur atom; R5 and R6 are similar or different, hydrogen or lower alkyl group; R3 aromatic heterocycle in which heteroatom is nitrogen, sulfur or oxygen atom and which can be substituted with lower alkyl (unsubstituted or fluorine-substituted), C3-cycloalkyl, amini, lower alkylmercapto-group or oxo-group; n 0, 1 or 2; or A a group of the formula S-R4 where R4 as indicated above, Ro or R1 lower alkyl-group. Reagent 1: compound of the formula IV where R°, R1 and R2 as indicated above. Reagent 2: HS-X-R3 where X and R3 as indicated above. Reaction conditions: at temperature from -20 to 150 C at oxidation of reaction product if necessary. Synthesized compounds were used as antifungal agents.
