FIELD: organic chemistry. SUBSTANCE: product: aminostigmine adsorbed on styrylvinylbenzene sulfocationite. Reagent 1: aminostigmine. Reagent 2: styrylvinylbenzene sulfocationite with granule diameter 0.25-0.5 mm. Reaction conditions: ratio of reagent 1 and 2 is 1:3-3.5, in water in presence of citric and ascorbic acids and cysteine, at the room temperature up to aminostigmine adsorption level 21-26%.
