FIELD: biotechnology, genetic engineering, microbiological industry. SUBSTANCE: invention represents recombinant plasmid DNA, synthesis of metalloproteinase of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens A-50 containing this recombinant plasmid, - a producer of metalloproteinase. Using methods of molecular cloning plasmid pBANP 463 is constructed that encodes metalloproteinase of B. amyloliquefaciens A-50, and the strain - a producer of this enzyme also. Strain grows good on the industrial cultivating media and produces significant quantity of metalloproteinase into cultural fluid - 2-fold more as compared with that in the known producers. Strain B. amyloliquefaciens A-50/pBANP 463 is deposited in VKPM at number B-4698. EFFECT: increased yield of metalloproteinase, construction of producer of this enzyme. 1 tbl
