The organic liquid fertilizer is produced by (a)mixing 60vol.% of a dryed peat, 30 vol.% of crushed oyster shell powder of 80-60mesh and 10 vol.% of a briquet cinder, adding 10 vol.% of a sodium hydrogen carbonate to the mixture, kneading the mixture with water, drying it, and adding 20 vol.% of a calcium oxide and 10 vol.% of a calcium carbonate to it, (b) reacting the mixture with a stockfarming waste water to deodorize from the mixture, ferment it, and extract an organic liquid, (c) neutralizing the extracted liquid with a hydrochloric acid, and (d) aerating the neutralized liquid for 30 min.
