This invention relates to compounds of formula (I);Wherein X is (a) phenyl having 0-2 substituents selected from fluoro, chloro and hydroxy, (b) 2-pyridyl, 3-pyridyl, Y is selected from sulfonyl or carbonyl and AB is selected from OCH2, SCH2, NHCH2, Trans-vinylene and ethynylene; ROneAnd R2Is independently selected from the group consisting of methyl, monofluoromethyl, difluoromethyl, trifluoromethyl, ethyl and pentafluoromethyl, with the proviso that ROneAnd R2At least one of which is fluorine, a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and a pharmaceutically acceptable in vivo hydrolysable ester, a composition containing the above, and a process for preparing the compounds. The present compounds are useful as potassium channel openers and therapeutic agents for the treatment of urinary incontinence.
