PURPOSE:To attain high speed conversion by utilizing a high speed matrix and vector product function which is provided by means of a compiler and collectively executing the processing of a diagonal term and the processing of a non-diagonal term. CONSTITUTION:A system is constituted of an input part 1-1 inputting input data 11 consisting of coefficient matrix and right-side constant vectors, a coefficient matrix decomposing part 1-2 decomposing an inputted coefficient matrix into a lower triangle matrix and a transpose of the matrix so as to output decomposed data 12 and a solving part 1-3 obtaining a solution vector from the obtained lower triangle matrix, its transposed matrix and the right-side constant vector so as to output it as output data 13. In the coefficient matrix dissolving part 1-2 occupying the majority of calculation quantity, the processing is executed through the use of the high speed matrix and vector product function. Therefore, the high speed processing can be executed in the decomposing process of a possitive definite symmetric simultaneous linear equation, the scale of the processing can be enlarged by collectively executing the processing of the diagonal term and the processing of the non-diagonal term and, in result, higher speed property can be attained.
