PURPOSE: To perform arrangement of a superheater tube and an economizer tube without especially occupying a space by a method wherein the superheater tube and the economizer tube are disposed between the arrays of a water tube group. ;CONSTITUTION: A superheater tube and an economizer tube are disposed between the arrays of a water tube group 4. Or, a superheat tube and the economizer tube are arranged in a fitting-in state in the water tube group 4 of a vaporization heat transfer group 4 of a vaporization heat transfer part A₂ of a boiler. Or, a superheater tube and the economizer tube to be fitted in the tube group of a boiler body at the heat transfer part of the boiler are formed into hair pin structure in a vertical direction. Thus, a composite boiler comprises a combustion zone A, a superheater zone B, a vaporization part zone A₂ by contact heat transfer of the boiler body, an economizer zone C, and an air heater zone D.
