摘要

PURPOSE: To provide the process for efficiently producing the mask film to be used at the time of producing the mold for decorative sheets having letterpress parts nearly exactly corresponding to or resembling natural vessels by a photographic technique and to provide the mold for decorative sheets produced by using the mask film. ;CONSTITUTION: The mask film 2 is obtd. by bringing a first film 10, a second film, an irregular reflection film 16 and a third film 14 in tight contact with each other and forming vessel shading parts 2a on the third film 14 by exposing and developing. The light entering from the peripheries of the vessel shading parts 10a is diffused and infiltrated to the lower central part of the vessel shading parts 10a by the irregular reflection film 16 at the time of exposing these films. The exposure exposed to the third film 14 is so distributed as to decrease gradually like a quadratic curve from the periphery of the vessel shading parts toward the central direction. The mask film 2 having the densities changing from dark to pale densities from the periphery toward the center is obtd. by developing such mask film 14.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
