PURPOSE: To provide a building construction site management system capable of detecting the position information of workers in real time and improving safety in site management. ;CONSTITUTION: This system is provided with a call origination means 7 with a built-in power source for registering intrinsic information and periodically originating the intrinsic information receivers 8 installed on the walls and ceiling of a construction site at prescribed intervals so as to receive the intrinsic information, portable telephone sets 6 carried by the respective workers, antennas 5 for communication installed on the walls and the ceiling of the construction site at prescribed intervals for the communication, a centralized monitoring and management device 1 installed in an office for the intrinsic information and conditions inside the construction site, a communication controller 2 installed 111 the office for controlling the communication with the portable telephone sets and a cable 4 for connecting the receivers 8 and the centralized monitoring and management device 1 and the antennas 5 for the communication and the communication controller 2. Thus, the position information of the workers can be detected from the intrinsic information obtained through the receivers 8 in real time and the communication with the respective workers can be performed by using the portable telephone sets 6.
