PURPOSE: To surely remove fine inclusion by arranging a confluent point to mutually collide molten steel streams once divided under consideration of the effect increasing the probability of cohesion and agglomeration of the fine inclusion. ;CONSTITUTION: The poured molten steel stream is divided into two or more of the mutually different stream passages 7, 7', and after making at least two molten steel streams among the divided molten steel streams the confluence at the same position, the confluent molten steel stream is again divided into two or more of the mutually different stream passages.
