PURPOSE: To correct a rule and a membership function so as to suit them a controlled system. ;CONSTITUTION: When the operation mode of 'tuning' is designated to operation mode designation processing 29, learning data are prepared by learning data preparation processing 22. The corrected fluctuation stop control rule and membership function correcting the fluctuation stop control rule stored in a fuzzy rule storage memory 23 and the membership function stored in a membership function storage memory 24 based on the learning data by learning processing 25 are transferred to a programmable logic controller(PLC).
