PURPOSE: To provide an off-shore departure assisting device for a marine vessel economical and ideal also for a very high speed boat or the like leaving the shore safely and rapidly by itself in a man-saving and labor-saving way. ;CONSTITUTION: An off-shore departure assisting device for a marine vessel is provided with a conduit pipeline 4 provided at a marine vessel B, at the part not higher than the water line of a mooring quay A and extended longitudinally while communicating a large diameter inlet opening 4-1, opened opposedly to the slightly backward position of the propulsion device of the moored marine vessel B, with a small diameter outlet opening 4-2 opened into a position opposed to the vessel side shell plate at the front half part of the marine vessel B; and a fixed guide wall 1 having a guide face bent recessively frontward with its front end face base part brought into smooth contact with the rear end of the large diameter inlet opening 4-1 and having a roller fender 2 at the tip so as to lead the back wash of the propulsion device 3 smoothly into the large diameter inlet opening 4-1. The fixed guide wall l can be a movable guide wall that can be enclosed or protruded, and a large diameter conduit hose with the rear end connected to the large diameter inlet opening 4-1 and with the front end opening removably fitted to the periphery of the rear end of the propulsion device 3 can be provided instead of the guide wall 1 or the like.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
