PURPOSE:To enable the title sheet to be easily released through applying water thereto an to be constantly used stably through pressure sensitive adhesion, by using a specified acrylic emulsion type pressure sensitive adhesive. CONSTITUTION:An acrylic emulsion type pressure sensitive adhesive having a glass transition temperature of lower then -35 deg.C and comprising less than 4% of an ethylenically unsaturated carboxylic acid-containing monomer is used as a pressure sensitive adhesive, in a pressure sensitive adhesive sheet for a stamp in which a stamp top sheet comprising a water-soluble adhesive layer on the back side thereof is adhered to a release paper through the pressure sensitive adhesive. The pressure sensitive adhesive shows little variation in pressure sensitive adhesive properties even under hot and humid conditions, and shows a sufficient adhesive force in use at low temperatures. Further, since the pressure sensitive adhesive is soluble in water, the sheet can be easily released through application of water thereof.
