PURPOSE: To provide a fertilizer distributor furnished with a fertilizer-stirring apparatus free from the intrusion of fertilizer into a shaft-supporting surface of a bearing which supports the front end of a spreading shaft and placed in a fertilizer tank. ;CONSTITUTION: A bearing 15 is placed in the bottom of a tank in a protruded manner from it and the boss 22a of a stirring member 22 has a cylinder-shaped part 22ab covering the upper side of the bearing 15. Since the shaft-supporting surface where a spreading shaft 7 and the bearing 15 fit with each other is communicating to the tank through a gap (g) formed by the cylinder-shaped part 22ab and the bearing 15 fitting it, the length of the labyrinth reaching the shaft-supporting surface is become long. Further, the intruding direction of the fertilizer is upward at the gap (g). Accordingly, the gap (g) is resistant to the squeezing of the fertilizer, the shaft-supporting surface is free from the intrusion of fertilizer and the rusting of the surface is prevented.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
