PURPOSE: To facilitate an input and to prevent the unbalance and register omission of a change station by directly inputting personnel change information in a displayed organization chart. ;CONSTITUTION: The organization chart is displayed in a picture display part 5 from the matching result of post data 1 with personal information data 2. When retirement, new post arrangement and a free post which are the main cause of personnel change are registered, a relevant box in the organization chart, which is displayed in the picture display part 5, is directly designated by an input part 6 and personnel change information is inputted. Then, the box of a successor is designated, staff information is inputted and the register of the successor is entirely completed so that personnel change information inputted from the input part 6 is saved in a storage part 3, the processing is repeated and personnel change information is registered. Thus, the storage part 3 executes the chain-like storage of information of the successor at every personnel change origin. By utilizing information stored in the storage part 3, the simulation chart of the organization chart after personnel change is displayed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
