PURPOSE:To grasp easily the attendance state of crews of diagram numbers set in the order of attendance time and also to arouse a roll call, by providing an alternating display panel to arrange a specific number of diagrams in the order of working start time points for display and also to display the attendance state of the crews. CONSTITUTION:When the alternating chart information on that day is supplied to an input circuit 11 from an input device 2 for alternating chart information, a CPU 12 applies the arithmetix processing to the chart information. Then the diagrams are rearranged in the order of the working time points on that day and stored temporarily in a memory 13 and at the same time delivered to an output circuit 14 to be displayed on an alternating display panel 5. An attendant crew puts his card into an ID card reader 3. Thus the attendance information is supplied through the circuit 11 and the CPU 12 reads out the alternating chart information on that day stored in the memory 13 to apply the arithmetic processing to the information. Then the attendance information is written to the memory 13 and also displayed on the panel 5. Here a crew at rest detected by a working start/end detector 4 is displayed on the panel 5 in accordance with the next working time point. A keyboard 6 supplies the code numbers of names of the absent crews or the code numbers of the spare crews for change and confirmation.
