摘要

PURPOSE: To prevent the generation of a failure in the flattening degree after cutting of a steel sheet, the generation of cambers and the generation of a failure in the shape or the like at the time of working. ;CONSTITUTION: As for a steel sheet contg. 0.05 to 0.20% C, 0.05 to 0.50% Si, 0.30 to 1.50% Mn, ≤0.015% P, ≤0.005% S, 0.01 to 2.00% Ni, 0.01 to 1.20% Cr, 0.01 to 0.60% Mo, 0.01 to 0.10% V and 0.005 to 0.10% Al, and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities, the flattening degree of ≤2/1000mm is secured before hardening. Successively, it is heated to the temp. range of the Ac3 transformation point to (the Ac3 transformation point +50°C), is thereafter hardened and is tempered at the Ac1 transformation point or below. If required, one or ≥two kinds selected from 0.01 to 0.50% Cu, 0.001 to 0.01% Ca, 0.0003 to 0.003% B, 0.005 to 0.025% Ti, 0.005 to 0.10% Nb and 0.005 to 0.050% rare earth metals may be incorporated therein.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
