PURPOSE: To process a great amount of harmful substance remaining in a container of a transformer, not to mention harmful products emitted from the inside of the transformer, and to carry out the transformer easily by supplying water to a liquid exhausted from a perfluorocarbon liquid circulation system and then by separating the liquid mixed with water to a perfluorocarbon liquid and water. ;CONSTITUTION: In a perfluorocarbon liquid circulation system 10, a pump for circulation or exhaustion 20, a perfluorocarbon liquid product sucking equipment 2, a filter 40, valves 21-24, a flow meter 25, etc., are provided. In the downstream side of the perfluorocarbon liquid circulation system 10, a water feeder 3 which supplies water to a liquid exhausted from the circulation system and a mixer 4 which mixes water supplied from the water feeder and the liquid exhausted from the perfluorocarbon liquid circulation system 10 are installed. Furthermore, in the downstream side of the mixer 4, a separator 5 which separates the mixed liquid which has been mixed by the mixer into the perfluorocarbon liquid and water is installed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
