PURPOSE: To provide a secret keeping label capable of concealing entered data and a reply card having the label bonded thereto. ;CONSTITUTION: When the secret keeping label 5 bonded to the sending card entry surface 2B of a reply card 1 is peeled from a release surface 15 and bonded on the data entered in the reply card entry surface 3B of the reply card 1, the coating and concealing of the data becomes possible by a concealing part 6 having concealing effect.
