PURPOSE:To form a suitable vegetative base board by using a mixture composed of sandy soil or soil containing a given amount of clay such as bentonite and an agglomerator to make a soil of a set clay content as the main component. CONSTITUTION:Sandy soil or soil is mixed with 25-37.5% of a clay and an agglomerator capable of combining soil particles and of forming coarse grains. The mixture is added to soil to make up a suitable vegetative base board with enzyme, having good water holding property and good water drainability due to its agglomerated clay portion.
