PURPOSE:To easily execute work for the set and change of a line type by extracting the information of the line type from the information of a line number for a test line with a robot control device which is provided between a robot and a line testing device. CONSTITUTION:A line testing device 2 transmits the testing line number information through a line testing device interface part 4 of a robot control device 3. A command processing part 6 of a robot control device 3 analyzes an operating command from the line testing device 2. Then, when the command is decided result insertable in a plug attaching and detaching control part 7, an access is executed to a converting part 8 and the information are converted from the testing line number information to line type information and receiving position information. After that, the receiving position information are transmitted through a robot interface part 5 and a robot 9, which are correspondent to a line leading-in part 11, by the line test number of a line test leading-in part 11. The robot 9 inserts a test plug 10 to the testing line of the line number to be instructed in the line test leading-in device 11 according to the received information.
