摘要

PURPOSE: To manufacture a porous layer core part for dental porcelain frame without cracking by putting a ceramic powder starting material on a fire resisting model, and partially covering its surface with a thermosetting resin. ;CONSTITUTION: Water is added to an alumina powder starting material having an average particle size of 3μm to form a slip, which is then casted onto a gypsum fire resisting model, a water-soluble phenol resin is put thereon 0.2-0.3mm thick to form a ceramic core part. This is raised in temperature to 1100°C in 30 minutes, held for 10 minutes, and then baked. The fire resisting model is contracted because the composition water is partially lost by baking, and separated from a porous layer core part. In the ceramic material, for example, a ceramic powder such as alumina or zirconia is used as the main starting material, and a metal powder such as gold or a glass powder is mixed thereto as occasion demands. The examples of the applicable thermosetting resin include phenol resin, urea resin, unsaturated polyester, epoxy resin, and mixtures thereof.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
