PURPOSE: To provide an inexpensitive crime/disaster preventing sensor position detector capable of easily wiring at the time of fixing sensors to plural alarm targets and easily and accurately detecting respective sensor driving positions. ;CONSTITUTION: In an alarm device for detecting the driving status of sensors 2 fixed to plural alarm targets 1 and displaying and alarming the detecting positions, the sensors 2 fixed to the plural alarm targets 1 are serially connected by an inter-sensor serial connection line 7, electrostatic capacity generated between the line 7 and a reference line 8 connected in parallel with the line 7 is measured by an electrostatic capacity measuring part 5 to detect the positions of the driven sensors 2. The sensor driving positions are detected by a control part 3 based upon previously stored data and displayed and alarmed by a display/alarm means.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
