The fishing rod is composed of elements (1-1C), which are mounted in line, one in front of the other, slightly reducing in diameter towards the front.The rod can be assembled in a complete sequence, or as an alternating sequence (1, 1B or 1A, 1C etc.). The front end of the sections is composed of two parts, in line, with the smaller diameter part (A) in front of the larger diameter part (B). The forward section (A) is composed of two parts, of which the front end section (3) has a slight taper towards the front and the second part (5) forms and end shoulder to the section. The next section of rod fits onto either of the two sections (A or B) according to its size. USE/ADVANTAGE - It produces a rod which can be shortened easily and with no loss of performance.
