The invention relates to a method of printing an acronym on a food preparation, including a bakery article, confectionery, sausage, or the like. BR/ In this process, a reproduction of said acronym produced by means of a pasty composition, called mass, comprising at least milk powder, cocoa butter and a food coloring, is deposited on a flexible support. this reproduction of said acronym is transferred with its support to said food preparation, the preparation is subjected to a thermal cycle and said flexible support is removed. BR/ This process makes it possible to mark and identify food preparations by means of the printing of an irremovable acronym.
