Gripping and squeezing tool for one or several objects - includes two arms assembled together by pivot bolt to create linkage which is held together under tension by spring, which spring is enclosed in sleeve to limit its action
The pincers, for gripping, pinching or compressing objects, is formed with two arms (5), assembled together by a pivot bolt (6) to create a linkage which is held together under tension, by the spring (3). The spring is enclosed in a sleeve (4) to limit the action of the spring and to prevent the arms closing on the fingers or the hand. At the other end of the arms, are fitted ball joints (10), fluted in order to allow different positions to be used to hold the objects between the two gripping plates (11). Gripping pressure is applied by means of the adjustment screw (9), operated by the lever arm (7). The hook (1) on the chain (2) is used to lock the arms in position. USE/ADVANTAGE - It provides a secure and maintainable gripping pressure.
