Device which enables the cap of a ball-point pen to be kept permanently thereon. The invention relates to a device which is specifically designed to avoid the loss of and inconvenience caused by the conventional cap on a ball-point pen. It consists of the ball-point pen having two grooves (A and B) close to its tip in order to stop the cap in two limit positions as a result of the projection (D) which it possesses on the inside. The cap has a small aperture at its end (C) which protects the ball-point when it is pushed forward (A). By pulling the cap slightly back (B) the user can expose the tip of the pen in order to use it. IMAGE
