The invention relates to a hot-house for growing plants and, more particularly, a glasshouse surrounded by transparent elements and where it is provided with reflecting plates 4 on the North side so as to reflect the solar radiation in the direction of the surface of the soil 17 inside the hot-house 10; in the hot-house is furthermore provided a flap 3 which may be opened or closed freely and which allows change-over of the glasshouse between two different types, namely a single glasshouse simply composed of the transparent elements and a double glasshouse comprising a thermal-insulation volume B between the completely-closed flap 3 and the transparent elements 14, 15; in the glasshouse is furthermore provided a ventilation device, a drainage system, a temperature-control system and a device supporting pots for growing plants.
