Temporary filler for rail fastening, preventing concrete penetration - consists of two-part plastics sleeve, with first part, facing shuttering bottom, contg. cut-off element
The temporary filler is for a rail fastening bolt in a shuttering mould (1) for prestressed, concrete, switch point sleeper serial prodn. The temporary filler is formed by a multi-part plastics sleeve, whose first part (2) contains a cut-off element (22) on the side facing the mould bottom. The sleeve opposite side in a widening (6) for retaining a polygonal bolt nut (23). The widening inside (7) is complementary to the outer contour of the bolt nut. A second sleeve part (3) may be folded over the widening. USE/ADVANTAGE - For mfr. of concrete, switch point sleepers, with low-cost mfr., small number of components, and improved quality.
