Computer-aided commission settlement for sales organisation information processing - combines vertical hierarchical organisation with horizontal unlimited chaotic lateral growth structure, and describes each employee with corresponding structure key
The system has a horizontal irregular structure combined with a vertical structure organised in hierarchical form. This allows the size of the system to be increased. The basic lower level consists of individual units (1) that are combined together in groups at the second level (2). A coded matrix (3) brings the groups together with each organisational possibility defined by a coding table. The system software is appropriate for implementation on a PC. ADVANTAGE - Allows contributors to be located correctly in structure.
