The equipment consists of a closed tube section (2) with a fluid outlet end orifice (1) and fluid inlet and orifice (4). The inlet end is connected to a pressure regulating chamber (5) with a fluid inlet (6). The chamber is equipped to maintain a constant fluid pressure of a pressure that can be varied in accordance with an input signal. The cross-section of the outlet end orifice is described by a boundary, whose line centroid is not identical with the area centroid.
