Trench warning light or artificial candle including LED and its voltage supply - has flashing circuit for periodic on=off switching of LED and flashing transmitter with capacitor connected between LED and voltage supply
Several, pref. four, LED's (12) are provided with corresp. flashing circuits (28,30) of different flashing frequencies. The LED (12) or LED's are integrated in a dome-shaped diffuser element (14). One or more batteries (18), which can be of sec. cell type, provide the voltage supply for the LED's. A solar cell arrangement can be provided for the voltage supply. USE/ADVANTAGE - Gives light similar to candle and is weatherproof. Has many applications including eternal light in churches, signal or navigation lights.
