Engine for driving automobiles etc. uses the energy obtd. by dissociating water into 2H2 and O2 or by combining a mixt. of H2 and O2 to form wate. Engine parts are mfd. from materials which are resistant to high temps. and enormous explosions. When water is decomposed, the H2 may be collected to avoid discharge. ADVANTAGE - Replaces oil-based propellants, contributes to closure of O3 holes.
