The PC extended card is easily installed in the home PCs and used for the home appliance remote control, housebreaker and house disaster prevention, and the telephone answer service. The card system consists of a bus interface circuit; a radio transmit circuit to send the remotely controlled unit address and control signals; a radio receive circuit to receive housebreaker or anti-disaster sensor signals; an auto power up circuit for waking the system up to the external signal; and auto telephone answering circuit, etc.
