The defatted flour of the present Invention is a new product of breadmaking Quality, Can partially replace Wheat Flour up to 50 percent.Depending on the quality of Wheat Flour with that mix. Paste for use as a replacement for human consumption, can reach 90 percent.The New Wheat Flour can be used for the development of French bread with fine pastries and breads, as well as for the manufacture of All Type of pasta for human consumption.
