PURPOSE: To provide a printed circuit board for surface mounting of a PGA-type parts which enable to structure a mounting circuit device having high reliability in terms of electricity and mechanics by surface mounting of multi-pin PGA type parts. ;CONSTITUTION: On a printed circuit board 2, surface mounting pads 2b group and 2b' group, which are connected electrically and mounted by corresponding noses of the lead wires 1a of a PGA type parts 1, are arranged and provided on the specific regions. The group pads 2b', which are placed on a diagonal line of the group pads 2b and the group pads 2b' or the peripheral side of four corners of the printed circuit board 2, are longer than another group pads 2b, and solder ironing from the outside and tack welding are made possible.
