摘要

PURPOSE: To enable an osmotic pressure raising substance to be uniformly disperse in coating to simplify the manufacturing process, by powder-coating a substance for osmotic pressure raising in a solid power form to a binder and a hydrophilic polymer. CONSTITUTION: In a manufacturing process of a substance coated by coating consisting of a binder (a) with friction reducing properties under a set condition, a hydrophilic polymer (b), and a substance (c) for osmotic pressure raising, a state different from a state solved by water base, preferably in an unsolved solid state, the substance for osmotic pressure raising is applied. Coating is carried out in a fine particle solid form with a particle diameter of the coated osmotic pressure raising substance is 50 μm or smaller, preferably 30 μm, especially preferably 20 μm. When the particle diameter is so small as that, the substance (c) is uniformly dispersed and particles does not produce unevenness on the coating surface. It is also advantageous to crush or mill larger crystals of the substance (c) for osmotic pressure raising so as to enable to obtain sharp structure.
