In the case overflow occurs during the excavation work, the shape memory alloyed materials 4 are scattered and thrown in an underground excavated hole and are entered in an overflow-causing fracture 3. After that, when sediment in the fracture 3 receives heat from a high temperature layer to raise temperature, the shape memory alloyed materials 4 are returned to the original net-like shape and the like, and an opening linked to the excavated hole of the fracture 3 is blocked.
