摘要

PURPOSE: To provide the carbohydrate receptor blocker which contains carbohydrate part-bifuncitonal spacer hydrophilic biodecomposable polymer- potentiators, has specific HLB and is useful for the diagnosis, treatment, prevention, etc., of the infectious diseases, inflammatory diseases, etc. CONSTITUTION: The polymer-based carbohydrate receptor blocker which consists of the carbohydrate part-bifunctional spacer-hydrophilic biodecomposable polymer-potentiators, has the HLB of 10 to 20 and is useful for the diagnosis, treatment, prevention, etc., of the bacteria infections and virus infections, inflammatory diseases, etc., is obtd. by mixing the carbohydrate parts (e.g.; N- acetylneuraminic acid, etc.), the bifunctional spacers (e.g.; N- hydroxysuccinimidylchloroformate, etc.) and the hydrophilic biodecomposable polymers (e.g.; polyaspartateamide, etc.) and potentiators, such as intramolecular cross binder, hydrophobic, hydrophilic or ionic groups or solubility improving agents and enzymatically, chemically and/or chemicoenzymatically bonding the mixture.
