PURPOSE: To almost uniformize the stuffing amount of vinegared rice and to obtain an intermediate product of rolled SUSHI (vinegared rice) while preventing the moistening of a laver sheet by detachably inserting a dummy bar for ingredient into vertical guide grooves formed on the inner faces of both short end plates of a box frame. ;CONSTITUTION: A guide groove 7 is formed on each inner face of the short end plates 5 of a box frame 2 to be stuffed with vinegared rice. The front and rear ends 10 of a dummy bar 8 for ingredient are detachably inserted into the guide grooves. Vinegared rice is stuffed into the box frame, a pressing lid 12 is detachably inserted into the frame and the intermediate product of rolled SUSHI is taken out of the box frame together with the dummy bar.
