PURPOSE: To shorten connection delay time by suppressing the exchange of information at an irreducible minimum when providing IN service. ;CONSTITUTION: This system is composed of a service operation function electronic exchange 1 and an electronic exchange controller 3 for performing high- level telephone exchange while being connected to this service operation function electronic exchange 1 by an electric signal line 2. At the service operation function electronic exchange 1, a signal transmission/reception part 11 transmits/ receives service attribute information through the electric signal line 2, a non-IN call control part 12 controls the connecting operation of a non-IN call, and a competition judge part 13 judges whether the change of service providing conditions can be allowed or not. At the electronic exchange controller 3, a signal transmission/reception part 31 exchanges the service attribute information with the service operation function electronic exchange 1 through the electric signal line 2, an IN call control part 32 controls the connecting operation of an IN call, and a competition judge part 33 judges whether the change of service providing conditions can be allowed or not.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO&Japio
