PURPOSE: To uniformly mix gaseous oxygen with blasting air without drifting flow at the time of blowing the gaseous oxygen in the blasting air flowing a duct at suction side of a blower for blast furnace. ;CONSTITUTION: In both side walls of the duct 9 at the suction side of the blower for blast furnace, plural nozzle opening holes 7 for blowing the oxygen in almost the right angle direction to the stream of the blasting air are provided. The oxygen introduced from an oxygen supplying tube 10 through a header 8 is rapidly mixed with the blasting air after blowing into the blasting air from the nozzle opening holes 7. By this method, the trouble such as firing is prevented from causing by the drifting flow of the oxygen in the blasting air.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO
