PURPOSE: To provide a minimum analysis model deciding method capable of easily deciding a minimum analysis model for rain gutters in the various kinds of shapes in the diameter expansion analysis of the rain gutter. ;CONSTITUTION: The height of the edge part 5 of the rain gutter in the shape to be a base is set as a height reference value B, the rigidity is set as a rigidity reference value A and a length from an end part to be deformed by diameter expansion is set as a length reference value T. The respective ratios of the respective values of the height and rigidity of the edge part of the rain gutter to be the subject of the diameter expansion analysis and the corresponding height reference value B and rigidity reference value A are obtained and the product of the ratios and the length reference value T is obtained. Thus, the length from the end part of the rain gutter to be the subject of the diameter expansion analysis is decided and the part of the decided length from the end part is defined as the minimum analysis model.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO&Japio
