PURPOSE: To eliminate program miss by setting a first month to be programmed in a date designating column at the head thereby facilitating the setting of operating day of yearly program. ;CONSTITUTION: When an yearly program is set, a desired weekday is marked in a weekday designating column provided as a program designating column 210a. When a new year is started in April, for example, 'now' corresponding to this year in an year designating column 213 and '4' in month designating column are marked. Consequently, April this year is set as the starting month in a date designating column 211. In other words, the a date designating column 211 at the left end corresponds to April this year and twelve months are updated sequentially in the direction of an arrow A in the date designating column 211.
